My husband and I went to Summit Ridge for dinner last night and were not disappointed. The food is fabulous, the recommended wines perfectly paired and the service great. The suggested wine pairings were perfectly matched. Summit Ridge is an excellent restaurant with great atmosphere, a warm fire; and for food lovers, a must go to if in Falls Creek

We have been going to Summit Ridge for 9 years. This place just keeps getting better and better. Keith and Anne are amazing hosts and their staff are friendly. They make an effort to know you and make sure you’re having a great time. Ski in/out is easy because the lodge is high up. The food is amazing. Can’t wait to go again next year. Keep up the good work team!

Keith and Anne are the most welcoming and warm hosts I have ever come across. Nothing was ever a problem and they came with amazing suggestions of things to see and do in the area.
The restaurant at Summit Ridge is incredible. The food and service were second to none. Jacquie in the restaurant took amazingly good care of us and was a lot of fun to chat to.
If you are after a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient place to stay, then you should definitely consider Summit Ridge. We couldn’t fault them on anything. We will be going back, without question!
